We’re here to help more people get active and get cycling for everyday tasks like going to the shops or work, or doing the school run. Cycling is a great way to get fit whilst going about your daily routine. Cycling is cheap, quick, and kind to the environment. Cycling is good for your heart and good for your lungs. It increases muscle tone, burns calories, and can reduce stress and anxiety too. You don’t need any “special” equipment for cycling, just you, your bike, good lights and suitable clothes.
