FULL COURSE CONTENTS:
PART 1: WHEELS & HUBS
Overview of common wheel sizes, hubs and bearing systems; identifying worn or loose wheel bearings; adjusting bearings; changing a cassette; changing a tire, changing an inner-tube; replacing a broken spoke; wheel truing (theory and demonstration).
PART 2: BRAKES
Overview of common braking systems; how to adjust brakes; changing brake blocks, changing a brake cable; reconnecting and setting up new brakes calipers.
PART 3: GEARS
Overview of common gear systems, changing a gear cable; adjusting the rear derailleur; adjusting the front derailleur; common issues and how to resolve them.
PART 4: HEADSETS & BOTTOM BRACKETS
Overview of headsets; detecting headset wear or adjustment issues; adjusting headsets; overview of bottom brackets; detecting bottom bracket wear or adjustment issues; adjusting bottom brackets.
